These Terms of Service govern your use of the Fur Majesty website, booking system, and customer portal. By booking an appointment or creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Booking & appointments
Appointment requests submitted online are confirmed by our staff before they're final — you'll hear from us to confirm the date, time, and services booked. Please arrive on time; late arrivals may need to be rescheduled if they would affect other customers' appointments.
Vaccination requirements
For the safety of all pets in our care, we may require proof of current vaccinations before providing grooming services. We may decline or reschedule a request if required records are missing or expired.
Cancellations & rescheduling
We understand plans change. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer the time to another customer. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book online in the future.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through Square. Prices for services are shown at time of booking and are subject to change. Invoices are made available through your customer portal account.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your customer portal login credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the contact and pet information you provide. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Pet health & conduct
You confirm that any pet brought to Fur Majesty is, to your knowledge, free of contagious illness and safe to be handled by our staff. We reserve the right to decline service to any pet whose behavior or health condition poses a safety risk to our staff or other pets.
Limitation of liability
We take great care with every pet in our care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fur Majesty is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from our services, except where caused by our own negligence.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our booking system or customer portal after a change means you accept the updated terms.
