Reply with the option you want, then pick from the times we send back. That's the booking done.
We usually reply within a couple of hours during opening times.
What makes a good photo
The price depends on your dog's coat and size, so those are what we're looking at.

- One dog per photo, so we know which one we're quoting
Prices we text you are estimates based on the photo. We'll confirm when we meet your dog — a badly matted coat sometimes takes longer than a picture suggests.
